Eryn Bowles is the Chief Operations Officer of Lawcadia and leads Lawcadia's operations in the UK & EMEA. With over 14 years of experience in operations and business improvement in the technology and not-for-profit sectors, she is responsible for delivering successful legal operations technology solutions for clients, both in-house legal teams and law firms.

Eryn is passionate about ensuring technology solutions make a difference in how legal teams operate and is proud to have demonstrated this with several clients over her time at Lawcadia. Her focus is to work collaboratively with legal teams to understand the problems they want to solve and then to work with them to design and implement solutions using Lawcadia’s highly configurable platform. The resulting solutions integrate their legal function into the organisation’s everyday operation so that it is no longer an afterthought but a key part of the business decision-making process.

She is a valued member of the Lawcadia Executive Team and was awarded top Legal Operations Professional of the Year at the 2022 Australian Law Awards just prior to her relocation to the UK.
